2. Protect the dignity and privacy of clients and potential clients
as free and equal individuals in accordance with the Nobel Mantrich
client agreements and as required by Law
3. Comply with both the spirit and the letter of any agreements made
with clients, potential clients and professional colleagues
4. Make commercial agreements with clients and potential clients
that are clear, fair and will benefit all parties to such agreements
5. Present levels of status, title, competence and experience
honestly, without misrepresentation or deception

6. Advise the client of any apparent conflicts of interests
immediately they are foreseen
7. Comply with national and international Law on all matters related
to research, consulting and training
8. Ensure that all advertisements and promotional materials are in
compliance with international advertising standards making no claims
or implications of outcomes that cannot be substantiated
9. Share skills and experience with fellow Associates of Nobel
Mantrich to further increase Nobel Mantrich’s body of knowledge,
skills and competencies
10. Honour all copyrights, agreements, work, intellectual property,
and trademarks giving credit where it is due.
