Free non-metered street parking close to the accomodation. A parking area is 50 meters up the street. Pharmacies, shops and restaurants are only a 5 minute walk away, while bus stop, groceries, cafe and snack bars a 1 minute walk. The lovely ferry to Valletta is only a 5 minute walk. There are only a couple of steps at ground floor level, as a lift then takes you up to the apartment.

It is close to Palumbo shipyard and its superyacht operation, as well as the American University of Malta (AUM). There are unmetered street parking spaces in the vicinity. Lovely rocky beaches are also available within walking distance.
